It is a solitary experience designed for a single person to enjoy, whenever and wherever you can set aside time to be alone.

This retreat is accessed remotely as a digital download, but you do not have to be on a computer to participate. You may wish to print the guide to support you during your solo retreat so you can follow along with the exercises and record your experiences in the workbook.

During this experience, you are invited to participate in contemplative practices, guided creative activities, and reflection questions—all at your own pace.

This particular retreat is designed to be completed within a single block of extended time to facilitate deep rest and rejuvenation.
